Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Stain-X Pro Carpet and Upholstery Extraction Shampoo is a concentrated 5-in-1 formula that combines a deodorizer, degreaser, fabric guard, defoamer, and stain remover in a single 24 ounce bottle. A mix ratio of 1 ounce per gallon of water stretches it far while keeping chemical use low.

Ordinary cleaners can leave a sticky residue that attracts dirt and makes carpet re-soil faster. This low-foaming blend rinses clean and leaves no residue, so treated carpet and upholstery stay fresher longer.

  • Use: water extraction cleaning on all carpet and upholstery, including rental machines
  • Function: deodorizes, degreases, guards fabric, controls foam, and lifts stains
  • Dilution: 1 ounce per gallon of water
