Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

TBMAND16 is a fixed 19 in. wand section that connects a central vacuum hose handle to a floor brush, dusting tool, or crevice nozzle, with button-lock joints holding each connection secure.

The button-lock joint holds firmly during normal use but releases with a simple push of the button when it is time to swap tools, which is faster than twisting a friction-fit joint loose and less likely to work itself apart mid-clean.

Use it to extend a button-lock hose handle for ceiling corners and cobwebs, or to replace a damaged wand section, but check that your existing handle and tools use the same button-lock fitting before ordering, since it will not mate with a friction-fit or quick-connect system. Central vacuum wand connections are not standardized across brands, so a wand that looks the same length and diameter as yours can still fail to lock in place if the fitting style is different underneath. Test the fit with the button held in before you commit to gluing or trimming anything else in the setup, since a wand that seats but does not click and lock can pull free under normal use.
