Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Exhaust foam filter (part B623-0000, revision A) for the 7000 and 8000 series uprights built by Simplicity and Riccar. It is the last stage in the air path, sitting after the motor so that air leaving the vacuum passes through foam before it reaches the room.

Foam exhaust filters are easy to judge by eye. Pull the filter and look at the face: once it has gone grey through the thickness rather than only on the surface, it is restricting the whole air path, and the machine will run warmer and pull less at the nozzle even with a new bag fitted.

Keep a spare on the shelf and change it alongside the secondary filter. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
