Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement exhaust filter fits the Tornado CV38 and CV30 commercial vacuums and captures fine dust before the air leaves the machine. It sits in the exhaust path, keeping collected debris inside and cleaning the air the vacuum returns to the room.

As the filter loads with dust, airflow drops and suction falls, and a neglected filter can let particles pass back out with the exhaust. Swapping in a clean filter restores airflow and keeps the exhaust clean in busy commercial use.
