Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

The upper wand clip is the small black catch that holds the extension wand against the body of a Bernina 6100 when it is not in use. Evolution part 01-1002-03.

It is a part that breaks quietly. The clip loses its spring or snaps a tab, and from then on the wand slides out on its own, usually while the vacuum is being carried upstairs or lifted into a closet, which is how the wand itself ends up cracked. A wand that rattles in its holder while you clean is the earlier warning.

The new clip mounts in place of the old one and grips the wand properly again. Look at the mating tab on the wand as well: if that has worn round, a new clip will not hold it for long either.
