Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 388051 is the wheel and hub assembly for the Eureka and Sanitaire Mighty Mite canister, covering the 3670F and 3673A, and it comes as one complete unit rather than a bare wheel, so there is nothing left to press-fit or re-use from the old part.
Pulling a canister behind you by its hose means the wheels take a beating on every kind of floor in the building. One side flat-spots first, the hub can split where it wraps the axle boss, and the whole canister starts to skid or lean instead of tracking straight behind the hose.
With the hub included, both the worn bore and the tire tread get replaced together, something a bare wheel by itself cannot do. Inspect the hub for hairline cracking around the axle boss before you refit anything, since a hub can look sound from the outside while already split on the inner face that takes the most load. Check the remaining wheels while you are in there too, since they have covered the same distance and are due for the same inspection.
