Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This two-pack of Eureka Type U belts (Part #20-3108-01) provides replacement flat belts for Eureka Victory upright vacuums. The belt loops from the motor shaft to the brushroll and keeps the brush turning against the carpet.

A flat belt stretches with heat and age until it slips on the shaft, and a slipping or broken belt leaves the brushroll turning slowly or not at all. Carpets then look half-cleaned because the bristles no longer agitate the fibers. Fresh belts restore proper tension and full brushroll speed.
