    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Style F&G is one of Sanitaire's standard commercial paper bags, and this 5-pack is part 63271. Sanitaire's own commercial parts listing publishes 63271 as the Style F&G premium paper bag and names the SL635 upright among the machines that take it.

    The paper media is a standard disposable construction for everyday dust and debris, which keeps the per-bag cost down in settings that go through bags quickly. The molded collar matches the factory F&G opening for a direct swap.
