Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 624123 is the upper hood for the Sanitaire SC5713 commercial upright, the shell that covers the motor compartment on this workhorse machine. It fits the Eureka and Sanitaire SC5713B and SC5713D.
Commercial uprights in this line get pushed through offices, hallways, and job sites on a daily rotation, and the hood absorbs the bumps that come with that. Once it cracks along an edge or a mounting tab breaks, dust and debris reach the motor housing and internal wiring underneath, and the damage tends to spread rather than stay contained to the original crack.

Fixing a cracked hood on a commercial machine that otherwise runs well keeps the vacuum working without the cost of a full replacement.
