Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM cup holder support (887B) is a structural component for Sanitaire and Eureka commercial uprights. The support braces the dirt cup or bag holder in position so it stays square to the housing and seals correctly during operation.

When the support cracks or loosens, the cup or holder it braces can shift, tilt, or vibrate loose, which breaks the seal and lets air and dust leak past. A sound support re-anchors that assembly and keeps everything aligned under continuous commercial use.
