Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Sold ten to a pack, part 53122 is the strain relief grommet for a broad range of Eureka and Sanitaire commercial uprights, the small molded collar that clamps around the power cord where it passes through the machine body. Its job is narrow but essential: it keeps the cord from bending sharply right at the entry point and stops the jacket from chafing against the plastic edge of the opening every time the cord flexes.
Strain reliefs are a wear item on any machine that gets its cord wound and unwound as often as a commercial upright does. The collar splits or the ridge that locks it in place wears smooth, and once that happens the cord starts to move at the entry hole instead of being held still. That is the condition that fatigues copper conductors and eventually opens a short inside the jacket, well before the rest of the cord shows any visible wear.
Because the failure is gradual, a machine on a cleaning route can run on a compromised strain relief for weeks before the cord itself needs replacing, and a fresh grommet at the first sign of looseness is cheaper than a full cord later.
