Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Routine care comes down to changing the MM bag before it packs solid and checking the hose for cracks or a weak seal at the cuff, since either one quietly kills suction long before the motor itself shows any sign of wear.
