Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

ESSENTIAL G4: features and floor care
Choose the ESSENTIAL G4 when you want a bagged upright with direct control over brush height. Its manual adjustment lets you set the brush for the flooring, while an integrated hose and wand handle edges, furniture and other areas beyond the floor head.

Replace the bag when the machine indicates restricted airflow or the bag is full. Switch off and unplug before maintenance; close the bag’s sealing cap before disposal. Bags are disposable and should not be washed or reused.

How does the G4 differ from an AUTOMATIC X model? The G4 uses manual brush-height adjustment. AUTOMATIC X4 Boost and X7 Premium models adjust height electronically.
Follow your flooring manufacturer's care requirements when selecting brush height and using a rotating brush. Ask us for help with delicate rugs, unusual carpet constructions or accessory fit.
