Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

This replacement end nut washer seats on the power drive shaft, sitting under the retaining nut that holds the shaft assembly together. The washer spreads the clamping load of the nut so it stays tight against the shaft during operation.

A missing or worn washer lets the end nut loosen, which allows play in the drive shaft and can lead to rattling, uneven brush drive, or hardware working its way free. Fitting the correct washer restores a firm, evenly loaded joint and keeps the shaft turning true.
