Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Dyson V6 Absolute electric wand (Part #10-1908-09) is a dark hot pink replacement handle tube for the V6 Absolute cordless vacuum. It carries the electrical connection from the main body to the motorized floor head.

Because the wand routes power to the floor head, a crack or internal wire break means the brush bar will not spin even though the machine still runs. That leaves the floor head cleaning by suction alone. Replacing the wand restores the full powered connection so the motorized head drives the brush again.
