Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Dyson pre-motor filter (Part #10-2345-08) is a washable replacement filter for the Dyson DC19, DC20, and DC21 canister vacuums. It sits ahead of the motor and catches dust that carries through the cyclone system.

A dirty pre-motor filter restricts airflow and forces the motor to run hot, which shortens its life over time. Because this filter is washable, it can be rinsed and reused, but a filter that is torn or no longer sealing needs replacing to keep the motor protected. A fresh filter restores full airflow.
