Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The red bucket release clip (Part #10-2515-02) secures the dirt container to the cyclone assembly on Dyson DC31, DC34, and DC35 vacuums. The small clip latches the bin in place so it stays shut during cleaning.
