Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The drive gear (Part #121840-01) is a replacement gear for the Wessel Werk 280 power nozzle, cross-referenced to the Wessel Werk 8002. The gear transfers rotation from the nozzle's motor to the brush roll, keeping the agitator turning so the brush can lift dirt from carpet.

A cracked or stripped drive gear slips or stops turning the brush roll, which leaves the agitator dead even while the motor runs. Fitting a fresh gear re-establishes the drive and returns the power nozzle to full carpet agitation.
