Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This FitAll double threaded cuff in grey fits 1-1/4 inch crushproof hose and threads onto the hose at both ends for a secure hold. It works as a universal replacement end for most standard vacuum hoses and wands.

When a cuff cracks or the threads wear, the connection loosens and air escapes at the joint, dropping suction at the cleaning tool. The double-threaded design grips the hose firmly, and a fresh cuff restores a tight, sealed connection and full airflow.
