    Shipping Information

    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Replacement dirt meter for the Wonder and Prima full-size canisters, ordered as DDMPW. The meter monitors debris moving through the airstream and reports it on the machine, which is how you know a section of carpet is genuinely clean instead of guessing at it.

    Because it sits in the debris path, a meter can be knocked out by a solid impact or gradually fouled by build-up over years of use. A dead readout does not stop the vacuum, but it does take away the feedback the feature exists to give. Other service parts shared by these canisters include the cord reel (B338-0600), the variable speed main PCB (B338-3300) and the on-off switch (B338-3100).
