Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 17382 is the flat belt listed for Hoover's Dial and Concept Power Drive uprights, and it is the belt that turns the brush roll from the motor shaft on those machines.

Because the belt is the only link between motor and roller, wear here shows up as a roller that slows or stalls while the motor sound stays the same. Carpet stops lifting and the vacuum starts gliding over dirt instead of pulling it up.
