Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Decovac mounting plate, a white plastic bracket measuring 2 x 4 in., installs behind a central vacuum inlet valve as part of the rough framing.

Fastened into the stud bay ahead of the inlet going in, the bracket gives the valve a rigid surface to screw against and keeps it aligned while the pipe stub and low-voltage leads are joined on the other side. It is listed as a universal fit across Decovac inlet styles, so the same bracket works under a glossy-plastic cover or a metallic-look one, since the bracket itself disappears into the wall once the job is finished.

A rigid bracket is what keeps an inlet from working loose after years of a hose plug going in and coming back out, and it means a later inlet swap only touches the visible cover, not the framing behind it. Buy one for a new rough-in, or as a repair part if the original cracked during installation or during later drywall work, since a cracked plate can leave the inlet loose even when the visible cover looks fine.
