Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The SoftTouch central vacuum hose (SKU HOV7--C) pairs an Exclusive CycloVac handle with a built-in 24V on/off switch, so you can power the system up or down right from the grip instead of walking back to the wall inlet. It is manufactured in Canada as a premium-grade hose for everyday household cleaning.

  • Integrated 24V start/stop control on the handle
  • 360° swivel connector that resists twisting and kinking
  • Slim, cushioned ergonomic grip for a secure, non-slip hold
  • Airflow dial to raise or lower suction by hand
  • Button lock that keeps wands and tools from sliding off during use

The button-lock end accepts standard 1-1/4 in. CycloVac wands, floor brushes, and attachments, and this is the same SoftTouch hose supplied in the CYOF--XXV attachment kit. A matching SoftTouch hose cover (sold separately) slips over it for added protection. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
