Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This RD300 floor brush (SKU TABRPLCF) is a CycloVac dusting and floor tool measuring 12 in. (30.5 cm) across. Its soft, smooth bristles are gentle on hard floors, while a pair of wheels lets the head glide over the surface and helps keep it from scratching finished flooring as you push and pull.
