Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This CycloVac 24V attachment kit (SKU CYOF--XX) outfits an air-driven central vacuum with everything needed to clean a whole home. It centers on an Exclusive CycloVac 24V hose and handle, which switch the vacuum on and off through the low-voltage 24V circuit, and adds a full set of floor and detail tools.
