Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Behind the exhaust grille on a Pullman-Holt UV-5 upright sits a filter, and part B160561 is the cover that holds it against its opening so every bit of air leaving the machine has to pass through the media rather than around the edge of it.

The cover takes knocks in a way the filter never does. Clips break, the plastic cracks where it is levered off at each filter change, and once it will not latch the filter shifts in its recess. What people notice is dust on surfaces near the exhaust and a smell that returns quickly after a new filter, both signs that air is finding a way past the media.

A sound cover puts the pressure back on the filter and seals the last stage of the machine. Sold as the cover only, so pair it with a fresh filter if the old one is grey.
