Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Core liquid defoamer comes in a one-gallon jug and controls the foam that builds in carpet extractor and wet vacuum recovery tanks. Added to the recovery tank, it breaks down suds before they can rise into the vacuum path.

Detergents and traffic-lane cleaners generate foam that fills the recovery tank, and once foam reaches the suction motor it kills lift and can damage the pump. Dosing defoamer at the start of each job keeps the recovery tank clear so suction stays strong and the machine stays protected.
