Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built around quaternary ammonium and built-in odor counteractants, the Core Lavender Rid'z Odor Concentrate (Item #UKO-655) is a 128 oz multi-purpose liquid cleaner and deodorizer. It encapsulates and eliminates odor molecules at their source, leaving a calming lavender fragrance with no soapy or slippery residue.

Odors held in carpet, hard floors, and soft furnishings return until they are broken down rather than masked. As a VOC-compliant super concentrate needing just 1/2 oz per gallon, this formula neutralizes those molecules and keeps treated areas fresh between cleanings.

  • Function: quaternary ammonium cleaner and deodorizer that eliminates odor at the source
  • Use: damp mopping, deodorizing, carpet shampooing, and hand spraying
  • Construction: VOC-compliant super concentrate, 1/2 oz per gallon
  • Benefit: leaves a calming lavender scent and no soapy residue

Mix roughly 1/2 oz into each gallon of water and apply by mop or spray. Regular use holds a clean lavender scent through the spaces you treat.
