Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Sold in a 32 oz bottle, the Core Bamboo Rid'z Odor Concentrate (Item #UKO-514) is a multi-purpose deodorizer built with quaternary ammonium and built-in odor counteractants. The counteractants encapsulate odor molecules and eliminate them at the source, leaving no soapy or slippery residue.

Odors that settle into carpet, rinse water, and hard floors keep coming back until they are broken down rather than covered. As a VOC-compliant super concentrate that uses just 1/2 oz per gallon, this formula neutralizes those molecules and leaves a clean bamboo scent behind.

  • Function: quaternary ammonium deodorizer that eliminates odor at the source
  • Use: damp mopping, deodorizing, carpet shampooing, rinse water, and portable toilets
  • Construction: VOC-compliant super concentrate, 1/2 oz per gallon
  • Benefit: no soapy or slippery residue after cleaning

Add about 1/2 oz per gallon of water and apply as a mop, spray, or shampoo solution. Routine use keeps residential and commercial rooms smelling fresh.
