Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The CleanMax Cordless Upright ZM-800 is an 11-pound cordless upright powered by an interchangeable 50.4-volt lithium-ion battery that delivers roughly 50 minutes of cleaning per charge. A self-sealing HEPA media bag traps and locks in fine dust as you work.

Cordless freedom only helps if the battery keeps up, which is why the ZM-800 uses a swappable pack: charge a spare and keep cleaning past the 50-minute mark instead of waiting at the outlet. A 9.5-inch motor fan drives the suction, an LED headlight reveals debris under furniture and along baseboards, and an integrated squeegee helps on hard-floor edges.
