Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement cord hook holder keeps the power cord neatly wrapped and out of the way during storage, fitting the Carpet Pro CPU2 and CPU2T and the Fuller Brush FBPHD2 and FBPHD2T. It holds the cord hook in position so the wrap stays organized on the machine.

When the holder breaks, the hook loosens and the cord droops and drags, creating a tripping hazard and letting the cable tangle. A fresh holder snaps into place and restores a secure, tidy cord wrap between jobs.
