Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This black container top is a compatible replacement lid for the Koblenz P2500 and P2600, also matched to Koblenz 130865. The top seals the collection tank during operation, closing over the container so the machine can hold suction and keep collected material contained.

A container top can crack or warp with age and rough handling, and a distorted lid no longer seals against the tank. Once the seal is broken, suction leaks and debris or fluid can spill from the top. Fitting a fresh top restores the airtight closure the tank needs and keeps the contents where they belong.
