Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Electrolux electric hose (part 3600) is a complete beige assembly for Lux J vacuums, built with a swivel elbow and a pistol-grip handle. Internal wiring runs its full length, so the hose moves air and carries power to a motorized cleaning head or power nozzle at the same time.

A cracked or clogged hose bleeds off suction, and broken internal wiring can cut power to the nozzle so the brush stops turning. Either fault leaves the machine cleaning poorly. This replacement restores a sealed air path and unbroken power delivery, with a swivel elbow that keeps the hose from twisting as you reach.
