Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D354-1000 is the complete neck assembly for the Riccar and Simplicity compact power nozzle. The neck is the connecting section between the nozzle head and the wand above it, and this listing covers it as one assembly rather than as separate small components.

Necks are ordered after damage rather than on any service interval. Once the connection has developed play, or the plastic has cracked, the assembly is normally replaced as a unit. Ordering it that way is usually the quicker repair too, because the whole connection goes in at once and nothing has to be matched up afterwards.
