Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B354-0400 is the circuit breaker fitted to the Riccar and Simplicity compact power nozzle. A circuit breaker protects the brush motor circuit: when the current drawn climbs past what the circuit is rated for, the breaker opens and cuts the supply instead of letting the motor cook.

A nozzle whose brush has stopped turning while the vacuum still pulls air is worth checking here before anything larger is ordered, particularly once a jam has been cleared from the brushroll. A breaker that will not stay closed after the obstruction is gone is pointing further along the circuit rather than at itself.
