Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The combination rug and floor tool is the attachment that lives on the end of the wand in most homes, and this is the Nutone version with a 1 1/4 inch neck, part CT140G. It is listed against the Nutone 1405, and it handles carpet and bare floor without swapping tools.

These wear out so gradually that people stop noticing. The bristles flatten, the wheels stop rolling freely, the sole cracks along an edge, and every pass leaves a little more behind than the one before it.
