Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Colco RD272, sold as part TABRCOL1, is a gray combination brush built to move between hardwood or tile and shorter-pile carpet without a tool change. One head covers hardwood, tile, and thin carpet across a room in a single pass.

A combination brush trades a little of the deep-carpet performance of a dedicated carpet nozzle for the convenience of not stopping to swap tools mid-clean, which suits a home with mixed flooring throughout.
