Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Central vacuum power nozzles rely on a cogged belt to keep the brush roll turning at a fixed, non-slipping speed, and this one replaces that belt across a wide set of Beam, Eureka, Electrolux, Sanitaire, Honeywell, and Imperium powerheads, part number 155555.

Because the belt is cogged rather than flat, it holds its speed under load instead of stretching and slipping. A brush roll that has slowed down, stopped turning while the motor still runs, or squeals under load is the usual sign that the belt has stretched, glazed, or snapped.
