Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B719-0200 is the clutch linkage rod used on 8000 Series Riccar and Simplicity uprights, measuring 148.5 mm. A linkage rod is the rigid connecting piece in a clutch linkage, and its measured length is the whole of what makes one rod right for a machine and another one wrong.

Because length is the specification here, measure the rod you are taking out rather than matching it by eye. Rods that look alike are catalogued at different lengths, and a machine that has been serviced in the past may not have the rod it originally shipped with. If the brushroll drive has changed behaviour, look at the linkage before condemning the clutch, since the two can present the same way from outside and the rod is far the cheaper of them to put right.
