    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Green handle assembly for the CleanMax Nitro CMNR-QD commercial upright, supplied as part C283-2110. This is the full handle in CleanMax green rather than a single grip half, so a machine with a snapped or badly scarred handle goes back into rotation without cannibalizing a second unit for parts.

    Commercial uprights take their worst punishment at the handle: door frames, stair rails and the back of a housekeeping cart all do their share. Other CMNR-QD service items we carry include the Nitro filter set (CMNR-F), the hose assembly (C283-2800) and the metal agitator (C283-3100).
