    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Part 19854G is the exhaust cover fitted to the CK 3030 wide area vacuum, machine number 93030. The cover closes off the exhaust outlet on the body of the machine so the air the motor pushes out leaves where it was meant to leave, rather than escaping around a broken edge of the housing.

    Covers on wide area machines lead a hard life. They sit low, they catch on door frames and lift edges, and a cracked or missing one usually means the vacuum has met something solid at working speed. Replacing the cover is a tidy repair that returns the machine to service without any work on the motor itself.
