Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Stretch hose built to a 6-to-1 extension ratio and supplied in the long version. A stretch hose stores compressed against the machine and draws out to roughly six times its relaxed length when you need the reach, then pulls itself back in rather than kinking or hanging loose.

Hoses are a wear item. The coil eventually loses its recovery, or the wall splits at a flex point and suction falls away at the tool end. SKU B455-8214B is the replacement hose on its own; compare the cuffs on your existing hose with the ones fitted here before ordering, as stretch hoses are made to several different cuff patterns.
