We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B361-2700 is the on-board cleaning tool holder for the SUN.3, JILL.3 and later machines. It is the part that holds the hand tools on the machine, so they travel with the vacuum rather than living in a drawer in another room.

Holders are ordered as replacements rather than as maintenance items. The usual reason is that the original has broken or gone missing, often after a machine has changed hands, and a new one puts the on-board storage back without any need to replace the tools themselves.
