Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Pedal release for the handle recline mechanism, part D220-0714, supplied with its axle but no spring, so plan on transferring the spring off your old pedal. It fits the CleanMax ZM800, the Titan T500, the Maytag M500, the Riccar S10, R10P and R10S, and the Simplicity R10P and R10S, and it replaces part B220-0714.

The pedal is stepped on every single time the machine is used, which is why it is among the first plastic parts to go. Once it cracks or the mechanism binds, the handle stays locked upright and the vacuum cannot be reclined into a cleaning position at all.

Fit the pedal and axle, reuse your existing spring, and check that the handle both releases and locks again before putting the machine back into service.
