Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Type A paper bags are replacements for Carpet Pro and CleanMax commercial upright vacuums, packed twelve to a box for high-traffic use. An anti-bacterial filtration layer helps capture fine dust for cleaner exhaust air.

In busy commercial settings, bags fill quickly, and an overfilled bag restricts airflow, cuts suction, and forces the motor to work harder. Changing the bag at about two-thirds full keeps the machine cleaning at full strength and eases strain on the motor.
