Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Kirby Odorific deodorizer drops in Cinnamon Spice come in a concentrated 1/3-ounce bottle and freshen your home wherever odors gather. Place a few drops on a cotton ball and tuck it into the Kirby outer bag, or use them in garbage cans and shoes to knock down stubborn smells.

Vacuuming stirs up trapped odors, and running a machine without any freshening simply recirculates that stale air. A few drops of this concentrated formula neutralize even strong odors, and a little goes a long way from the small bottle.
