Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part RH2000-P202 is a replacement charger for the Readivac Storm hand vacuum. ReadiVac lists a single Storm charger and states that it fits both the RH2000 and the RH1000, and that the charger cannot be used with the RH1000 base.

A cordless hand vacuum only runs as long as its charge holds, and losing the charger or having it fail sidelines the entire machine until a new one arrives. Signs of a failing charger include a battery that never reaches full runtime, a charge light that stays off, or a unit that will not power on even after sitting on the charger overnight.

Match the model number stamped on your hand vacuum before ordering, and confirm the charger's plug fits the port on your unit.

Leaving a hand vacuum on its charger continuously between uses is normal for most cordless models and will not shorten the charger's life. If the unit still will not hold a charge after a full overnight cycle on a known-good charger, the battery itself, not the charger, is the more likely cause.
