Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The CleanMax Champ HEPA Media Filter Set is a replacement filter set for the CleanMax Champ (CMP-5T). These filters sit downstream of the bag and polish the air, catching the fine particles that a bag alone lets through before exhaust leaves the machine.

Filters are the most overlooked cause of suction loss: as HEPA media loads up with fine dust, airflow chokes and the motor works harder and runs hotter. Swapping in a fresh set restores the airflow the Champ was designed around and, just as important, keeps microscopic allergens from recirculating into the room. A clogged filter can shorten motor life, so periodic replacement is cheap insurance.
