Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These replacement paper bags fit Filtex central vacuum systems with a 12-gallon canister and come four bags to a pack. Each bag lines the collection canister and filters dust and debris as air passes through, trapping fine particles so the exhaust stays clean and the canister stays tidy.

A central vacuum bag holds a season of debris, but suction falls off as it fills and a packed bag can let dust escape into the mechanical room. Running the system on a full bag also strains the motor. Fitting a fresh bag restores full suction across the ductwork and clean, sealed collection at the canister.
