Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part TBOASS021 is a short pigtail power cord with a 7-amp fuse built into the line, used to feed power into a central vacuum circuit while giving that circuit its own dedicated point of protection ahead of the components it serves.

A fuse like this one is a sacrificial link by design: it is meant to open before the wiring or the parts downstream take damage from a current spike, and once it has opened it stays open rather than resetting the way a breaker does. A dead circuit that traces back to this pigtail generally calls for replacing the whole assembly, and it is worth looking for whatever caused the surge in the first place, since a fresh fuse can blow again if that underlying fault is still there.
